Please check cancellation policy.
- Cancellations between 24 – 48hrs prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the gross price.
- Cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the gross price.
- On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 100% of the gross price.

Yes, it is mandatory to book online and pay in order to get confirmed cab at least 25 % in advance.
You can book cab online from our website or by calling our centralised number for all cities i.e. +91 7378540001.
Travel Dex never charges extra for any kind of delays due to the above-mentioned modes.
Driver will wait for you for free. This is applicable only if you provide proper details of Flight/Train/Bus while booking so that Travel Dex team can track the delays.
Travel Dex will share with you all the details regarding the driver and cab approx 08 hours before your travel time.
